Pemberitahuan akan dianggap telah diberikan, 24 jam setelah email dikirim , kecuali pihak pengirim diberitahu bahwa alamat email tidak valid atau email tidak terkirim. Alternatif, kita dapat memberikan pemberitahuan melalui surat tercatat , (perangko prabayar) , ke alamat yang diberikan kepada Perusahaan atau alamat yang valid lainnya dari Anda. Dalam hal demikian, pemberitahuan akan dianggap telah diberikan 3 hari dari tanggal surat di poskan.

Lain-lain

Persyaratan Situs merupakan keseluruhan perjanjian antara Anda dan Perusahaan dan mengatur penggunaan Situs Web dan layanan dan produk , menggantikan semua perjanjian sebelumnya antara Anda dan Perusahaan. Perjanjian ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Indonesia. Jika timbul sengketa yang berkaitan dengan Perjanjian ini , penggunaan Web Site, atau layanan atau produk yang disediakan melalui Web Site , sengketa tersebut harus dibawa secara eksklusif di pengadilan negara bagian atau federal yang berwenang yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Indonesia. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid or the email was undeliverable.  Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to the Company or any other valid address of yours.  In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.

Miscellaneous

The Site Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and govern your use of the Web Site and its services and products, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company.  This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indonesia. In respect of any dispute relating to this Agreement, the use of the Web Site, or the services or products provided through the Web Site, any such dispute must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Indonesia, Jakarta.
